Precipio, Inc. is a consulting company located near Huntsville, Alabama, providing complete human capital management services. We primarily focus on companies within the aerospace, defense, environmental and engineering fields, but also provide community-wide workforce solutions for economic development organizations and Chambers of Commerce.

Precipio owner Will Bronaugh established his company in 2006, after having worked in increasing levels of the corporate recruiting and workforce management fields since 1997. His expertise now includes providing more comprehensive workforce solutions such as developing recruiting strategies and execution plans for companies. This may include determining the proper organizational structure, staff levels, and resources that a company needs to attract and retain key personnel.

We feel that we have a social responsibility to use our knowledge and experience to help build a stronger community. We are actively involved in several workforce development programs in North Alabama, helping them to develop community-wide workforce planning strategies. We believe that the success of our business and our clients’ businesses depends upon a strong workforce and we want to be a part of the solution.
