We use a very in-depth process that starts with understanding your company, the position, and what type of person you need. We then build a profile of the employee you need based on your company’s cultures and values and the skills and experience required. This detailed profile allows us to create a customized search strategy for the position, shortening the search process time.
Before we recommend any candidates, we spend a lot of time interviewing them to make sure that they are not only right for the position, but that the position is right for them. As an added service, we can even facilitate pre-employment testing. After all, our goal is not to provide you with candidates who might be a fit, but rather send you the candidate who will make a perfect long-term fit.
